At Bhavans we have a Sewage Treatment Plant which helps in the removal of contaminants from kitchen wastes and the recycled water is used to water the garden. Also, 3 Sintex tanks with a capacity of 2000 liters each are used for rainwater harvesting.
The school mainly uses Solar Power panels for heating water. Also, the consumption of electricity is less here as the usage of fans and air conditioners are nil due to the cold weather condition.
