Admission is given for classes IV to VIII and XI according
to the availability of seats. The students have to produce
a copy of their Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate,
Aadhar card of parents and student, Mark Statement in
originals and two copies of passport size photographs at
the time of admission. Students from other schools seeking
admission for Class XI have to bring conduct and character
certificate from the school where he/she last studied.
The issue of prospectus and application forms will be from
the 14th of January to 30th April every year. Entrance
tests will be conducted on the last Saturday of January to
April. Admission closes on the 31st of May.
In case, a parent wants to discontinue his/her ward's
pursuing education at Bhavan's Gandhi Vidyashram, a
written requisition should be given to the Principal on or
before 1st March failing which the Security Deposits are
to be forfeited. However, the full tuition fee is to be
paid for mid-term withdrawal.
At the time of Admission, the parents have to pay
Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty-five thousand only) towards
Admission fee, Life Membership fee, Uniform Deposit, and
Tuition fee (part). If the parents wish to cancel the
admission, the amount will not be refunded.
Bhavan’s Gandhi Vidyashram has entered into a Memorandum
of Understanding with State Bank of India and thus 25% of
the seats are offered to SBI Officers’ children.
